INTRODUCTION TO MD PLUMBERS CC - PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE CONTRACTORS

MD Plumbers CC is a registered Close Corporation established in 1990, having successfully conducted business in the Gauteng Province, The Limpopo Province, Mpumalanga, North West Province and the Eastern Cape, undertaking projects for developers, building contractors, universities and government institutions as well as private individuals and owner builders.     

Our mission statement is to be known as a leading plumbing organisation in the Gauteng Region, committed to supplying our developers, building contractors and individual clients with the highest possible quality of workmanship and service at an affordable rate.

MD Plumbers CC has a staff compliment of 85 and consists of the owner Mark Clancy, our Site Managers Mark Du Plessis, Aubrey Roux, Deon Fourie and Calvin Heuer. Thsepo Machete and David Monyongo act as our Junior Foreman and we have many skilled and semi skilled employees at each site.

Mark Clancy has experience of over 33 years in the industry, whereby he has handled every aspect of plumbing work, drain laying and storm water installations.  

Other Services        

We also do water, waste water, soil drainage and drainage design for buildings. Advice and design on bathrooms to new houses, as well as helping prospective clients to choose their sanitary ware and brassware on their new homes. Our services also include converting existing properties in accordance with the new SANS XA10400 regulations regarding environmental sustainability and energy usage with solar and heat pump installations.       

We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and service that we have always given to the developers and main contractors, and have always met with their deadlines and we have not been responsible to any delays to our projects.
